Organizational learning is a construction that is created, developed and resignified in practice itself. Instituted processes and practices that continually need to be rethought, changing needs, incorporations and innovations that challenge us to apprehend a new or different task.

 

Through the meetings we intend to share practices, generate community, open opportunities, open spaces for the construction of significant processes that promote the development of proposals to empower people and the organizational collective. Position ourselves as creators of opportunities from a user-centered perspective with pedagogical lenses and taking advantage of technological opportunities at the service of the area.
